Refund Policy

Eligibility
Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase provided you have not consumed more than 20% of the included mock attempts on that plan. Free mock access is always free and not refundable.
How to request
Email payments@certready.io with your order number and a brief reason. We confirm receipt within one business day.
Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing time is in addition to this.
Non-refundable items
Corporate plans, custom training engagements, and coupon-discounted bundles are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, escalate to grievance@certready.io. We aim to resolve all disputes within 30 days.
